My Training

This is my 6 month training plan for the Burning Riving 100 mile .

I got my plan from UltraLadies Running Club  I am using it as my base plan, throwing some changes in from www.Umstead100.org Along the way I am running a few 50k’s an 24hour run and a 50mile run working my way up to the 100.
